Remix your routine with this fresh blend of the latest workout trends, taught by certified instructors. All ages are welcome AND it’s FREE! The class theme this week is Glow Up, so dig out your hot pink and neon ‘80’s gear and get glowin’.

  2. Speaking of brightly colored iconic 80’s workout attire, Phoenix Fashion Week is coming to Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale this Thursday through Saturday. How totally fabulous and divine.

  3. Now that we’ve worked out and walked the catwalk, it’s time for some deep fried everything. You guessed it, on Friday the Arizona State Fair invites you to partake in it’s opening day. Oh, so many exciting attractions and exotic smells! This year’s theme is Pixel Yourself at the Arizona State Fair. Carnival rides, concerts, amazing animals (yes, goats people!), Esports Gaming World, figure 8 racing, retro arcade and so much more. Oh yeah and the largest FOOD festival in Arizona. Vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, and healthy fair food choices will also be available. Simply madness.

  4. On Friday, trade in your gowns and black ties for tropical cocktail attire and support one of the largest non-profit, privately funded zoos in the country…yes, the Phoenix Zoo. ZooFari, the Valley’s iconic tasting event will include delicious cuisine and tempting libations served by notable Arizona chefs and beverage purveyors.

  5. Lace up your dirndl, throw on your lederhosen and grab a stein…The Town of Gilbert is kicking off the autumn season this Saturday with Oktoberfest. Enjoy bratwurst, pretzels and refreshing Bavarian suds from Gilbert’s finest local craft breweries. Plus, traditional polka music, brat eating contest, stein holding competition, wiener dog races and live music. Okay, you had me at bratwurst…well more like wiener dog races.

  6. Saturday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, time for some rumbling loud, high flying, epic destruction, action packed excitement that is…Monster Jam. Yep, Gravedigger and other massive, gnarly Monster trucks will have us all in complete Ahh of their big air jumps, car crushing power and amazing freestyle backflips, wheelies and donuts.

  7. Finishing out our week on Saturday night in downtown Phoenix at Talking Stick Resort Arena…Disney Channel pop sensations; The Jonas Brothers are all grown up and will be rockin’ our socks off. Plus, Bebe Rexha will join the iconic pop rock band of brothers. Yeah, it’s Cool Jo Bros, It’s Only Human I’d be Sucker for you.
